History:

Alude Xuba, an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa holds LLB and LLM (Mercantile Law) degrees from the University of Pretoria. In addition he holds a certificate in media law from Wits University. Prior to practicing in his own account, Alude was a legal and regulatory counsel at a international fintech company and prior to that he was an associate in banking and project finance for an international law firm. Alude's legal practice is largelly around corporate and commercial law, environmental and sustainability law, intellectual property and corporate governance. Alude sits on various trusts and boards and lectures law in his spare time.
