Anton Burger Attorney opened its doors on the 1st May 2017. At the beginning of 2019 the firm was converted from a one man practice to AH Burger Attorney Incorporated. The firm has grown phenomenally, so much so that it receives instructions nation wide from correspondents, including well established firms and well known firms and in high profile matters.

Anton Burger was admitted as an attorney in 1993 and granted right of appearance to appear in the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court in 1996. He has experience in debt collecting, divorces, ante-nuptial (marriage) contracts, civil litigation (both Magistrate's and High Courts), drafting of contracts, new company registrations, creation of trusts, drafting of wills and winding up of deceased estates, to name but a few. Further fields of experience and areas of practice can be found in the list of areas of practice.

We specilaise in High court and Magistrates court litigation,applications, deceased estates, drafting of pleadings and documents, service and filing of court documents, and advice and assistance in preparing matters for hearing.

Our fees are very competitive. Correspondents are charged at the appropriate party and party tariff. Fees in respect of other clients are negotiable.
