In Uitenhage- on the corner of Durban and Baird Streets, opposite Midas and Winterberg Primary Schools.In Port-Elizabeth we are directly opposite the High Court.

We are a group of professionals striving to supply the best possible service for our clients. Our Director has a passion for Family Law matters, and is a registered Divorce Mediator with extensive experience in Family Law that includes not only divorce and custody issues but maintenance issues and all matters related to Family Law disputes.

Our firm also has a large section dedicated to Debt Administration, ITC removals, Debt counselling, evictions, registration of Trusts and CC's, lease agreements, rental collections, and rescission of judgments. We pride ourselves in the speed within which we assist people tom be able to manage their debts. We also have a section relating to MVA claims, civil damages claims, debt collection and litigation.

Due to our accessible informal approach with our clients we build relationships that last for much longer than the mere finalisation of a matter and we have people returning over the years with other matters. Our firm has a policy enabling clients to pay for our services in monthly instalments making us not only accessible but affordable.

We were established in 1999 with one attorney and a staff contingency of 3. Over the past 9 years the firm has grown and now has 19 staff members of which we have 2 admitted attorneys, 2 article clerks, one paralegal in charge of the Debt Administration section, and 12 clerks/secretaries/filing personnel.
