The firm commenced trading in 2001 at the Newton Park, Port Elizabeth premises.

Jacques du Preez holds a B.Juris LLB (UPE) degree and Nachelle De Bruin-Landman holds an LLB (NMU) degree.

We specialize in various aspects of the legal field, including divorces, custody disputes, maintenance matters, domestic violence matters, drafting of antenuptial contracts, civil litigation, vehicle collisions, sequestrations, rehabilitations, liquidations, curatorships and debt collection to name a few.

We act as correspondent attorney for various attorney firms in the Magistrate’s Courts, Regional Court and High Court and have been doing so for over 20 years.  We strive to provide efficient service, uphold a quick turnaround time and provide regular feedback to our correspondents.
