The firm's main objective is to satisfy our clients individual needs through focused, personal service. We are committed and conscious of the high ethical standards laid down by our profession.
With the future being uncertain and constantly changing, we are committed to the challenges of the future. We believe lawyers should fulfill a more proactive role than in the past and we are committed to achieving this goal.
In doing this, we believe, it is of the utmost importance to keep our firm close and tight knit, to afford our clients that added personal service, which undoubtedly lacks in larger firms.
Ian has substantial experience in corporate and commercial transactions in addition to commercial litigation. He represents clients in a wide range of matters, both locally and internationally.
Approximately three months after being admitted as an attorney, Ian commenced practicing for his own account and at that stage he was one of the youngest attorneys (with his further tax qualifications) practicing for his own account in Johannesburg if not the country.
As mentioned, Ian had further completed his Higher Diploma in Tax (Hdip Tax Law) at the University of the Witwatersrand in 1995.
