Tuckers Attorneys has been extensively involved in both residential and commercial property developments, and has a skilled department devoted to the planning, establishment and completion of such schemes.

Tuckers Attorneys have a close association with all the major banking institutions and are on the panels of all the major banks. Our staff members are dedicated to specific banking institutions to ensure that we meet all the special requirements laid down by the major South African Banks, hence providing specialist knowledge in the bond and property development field.

LITIGATION

We boast a strong and experienced litigation team practicing child and family law, commercial and corporate law, criminal law, debt collection, deceased estates and wills, labour and immigration law, insolvency and sequestration law, intellectual property and trust to name a few.

KEY STAFF

We have a dedicated client liaison team whose members have extensive experience in banking and real estate. This team is tasked to foster ongoing relations between ourselves and clients in order to maintain excellent communication and client feedback. Our team is available to attend to our clients requirements both at our of ces and/or at the clients venue of choice. We have a culturally diverse team employed by the practice to assist clients with completion of documents, and are able to service clients in their language of choice.
