Conveyancing services

We draft all documents relating to applications such as the rectification and or amendments of titles in the event that there is an error or you want to add another person or a spouse in the property or a further condition.

Deceased Estate
A deceased Estate comes into existence when a person dies and leaving assets In that case a death notice must be completed and the estate of a deceased must then be reported to the Master of the High Court within 14 days from the date of death. The Master must be notified by the nominated Executor or persons in possession of the Will. Thereafter the estate of the said person will be dealt with in terms of the interstate Succession Act or in terms of the said will

Depending on the value of the property, the Master of the High Court can either issue a letter of authority or a letter of executorship. The former being issued in the event that the estate is less than R250 000.00 or less and the Former in the event that assists are more than  R250 000 .

Administration of deceased estate involves   obtaining all the relevant information of all debts against the estate, investigate the validity of the debts and claims against the estate and to ensure that all varied debts are discharged and thereafter transfer the remaining assets to the rightful heirs

Family Law
Family law encompasses an array of issue such as divorce, one might think that divorce is a straight forward matter however there are many complex issues emanating from this process such as spousal maintenance, forfeiture of the assests, the division of the joint estate, retirement and pension funds, calculation of accrual, we provide legal guidance and professional services in all these areas to ensure that the process runs smoothly and quicker. • Dependents of the main income provider in the house hold who have lost his/her life as a result of a motor vehicle accident which happened as a result of the negligence of another driver may be entitled to claim for loss of support.
