The mission of Marlin Marimuthu Attorneys Inc. is to provide the Verulam and surrounding communities, state owned entities and private companies with legal services. We exist to attract and maintain customers and to support the public interest community. When we adhere to this maxim, everything else will fall into place.

Marlin Marimuthu Attorneys Inc. is a South African entity that started in 2018 as an Incorporation. Marlin Marimuthu has over twenty two years of policing experience as well as served as a manager at Sasol for over three years and has studied towards becoming an attorney and had decided to open a practise in Secunda which he has successfully done since February 2018. He holds both a BA Police Science and LLB degrees. He is further trained in the fields of explosives, crime scene examination, blood stain pattern identification, forensic biology and investigation of sexual offences. He is a trained police dog handler with a wealth of policing experience.  To date he has managed to run the practise and has built a substantial client base. The practise aims to serve the community by providing affordable legal assistance to the under privileged and indigent persons. Mr. Marimuthu also provides pro bono work to those less fortunate to have access to the legal profession. The firm currently has two practitioners and one administrative assistant, all of whom are from previously disadvantaged ethnicities. The firm envisages employing more persons from such designated groups. The firm is fully BBBEE compliant.
