1. Family Law

Family Law is our biggest division, and we are passionate about it. We specialise in the following:

• Divorce and maintenance matters. This includes (but is not limited to) protection orders; Rule 43 Interim Application; Edictal Citation (when your spouse lives in another country); Opposed and unopposed divorces; child maintenance and primary residence and contact issues pertaining to the minor children.

2. Criminal Law

Criminal law (which is to be distinguished from its civil counterpart) forms part of the public law of South Africa, as well as of the substantive law (as opposed to the procedural). We deal with all criminal matters including:
