Damian Enslin

Damian is a qualified Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer who has been a partner at the firm since 2004 and who, in common with his colleagues, is passionate about service. Damian specialises in conveyancing and property-related law, including freehold and sectional title ownership, and mortgage bond registrations. Damian also specialises in legal issues relating to the Firearms Control Act of 2000 and is able to assist with firearm licence applications, appeals, accreditation of sports shooting bodies and businesses. Security companies can also call Damian to assist with compliance issues as well as with license applications. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and is a firearm fundi.
