History:

Hardus Van Der Westhuizen is the founder and director of De Huizen Attorneys Inc. He firmly believes in leading from the front and is extremely passionate about providing superior legal service to his clients. His vision and expertise have laid the foundation for De Huizen Attorneys Inc. – a forum through which his dynamic and meticulous approach to serve can be made a reality.

Hardus holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law degree (B.Comm. Law) and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B), which he obtained from the North West University, Potchefstroom. After completing his articles in Bloemfontein, Hardus was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Following his admission as an Attorney, Hardus endeavoured to complete his notary and conveyancing exams, after which he was also admitted as a Notary Public and a Conveyancer.
