History:

Bernard Rossouw is an admitted attorney and an Associate at Tuckers Attorneys. During his tenure as a Candidate Attorney, Bernard attended to a high volume of labour matters and gained extensive experience. Bernard was appointed as an Associate at Tuckers Attorneys in 2023 and attends to the Labour Portfolio.

His area of focus is Labour Law in which he chairs and prosecutes disciplinary hearings, drafts and revies employment contracts and policies, attends to CCMA and Bargaining Council appearances and Labour Court litigation.

Since being appointed as an Associate he has broadened his area of focus to general and commercial litigation in the Magistrate’s Court and High Court.
