History:

Delfa joined the team in 2019 as an intern and completed her aticles at the firm in 2023. She obtained her LLB degree at the University of Free State in 2018. Delfa obtained her Postgraduate Diploma in Risk Management and Corporate Governance from the University of Witwatersrand in 2021 and is also a member of the Institute of Risk Management of South Africa (IRMSA). Delfa is fluent in both English and Portuguese.

Delfa is a Compliance and Risk Management Specialist, and has experience in foreign matters, attending to cases in Portugal, Angola and Mozambique relating to deceased estates, divorces, revision / recognition of foreign court orders, eviction applications, registration of companies overseas, liquidation of companies, property transfers, immigration and Wills.
