History:

Ms Motsai is a founding partner and a director of the firm. She has an LLB degree from the University of Limpopo and has obtained a Higher Diploma in Tax Law and an LLM in Corporate Law from the University of Johannesburg. Ms Motsai has a certificate in Business Rescue and is currently studying towards her Doctor of Law Degree in Company Law at the University of Pretoria.

Ms Motsai was a Legal Advisor at The South African Revenue Service (SARS) and completed her articles of clerkship at Mncedisi Ndlovu and Sedumedi Attorneys where she was later appointed as an Associate Attorney.

Ms Motsai is an admitted attorney. Her areas of expertise include amongst others, commercial law, contract law, corporate law, property law, labour and employment law, litigation and alternative dispute resolutions. She has provided various legal services related to her areas of expertise to government departments at the national, provincial and local levels and numerous other public-sector institutions and statutory bodies for a period of nine years.
