History:

Ms Tumi Madiba is a founding partner and a director of the firm. She obtained her LLB, a certificate in Administrative Law and her Master’s Degree in Labour Law from the University of Witwatersrand. She served her articles of clerkship at Cheadle Thompson and Haysom Inc. where she was later appointed as an Associate Attorney. Ms Madiba has also served as a Senior Associate at Mncedisi Ndlovu and Sedumedi Attorneys.

Ms Madiba is an admitted attorney. Her areas of expertise include amongst others, administrative and public law, compliance and regulatory law, labour and employment law, litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Ms Madiba has provided various legal services related to her areas of expertise to government departments at the national, provincial and local levels and numerous other public-sector institutions and statutory bodies for a period of eleven years.
