Michelle obtained her B. Com (Law) and LL.B degrees at the University of Stellenbosch. After finishing her studies she completed her articles at a medium firm situated in Somerset West and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2020.

Michelle is passionate about family law and now holds a key role in the Heyns and Partners team employed in our litigation department.
