History:

Tshepang, originally from Gauteng, graduated with her Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Western Cape and was admitted as an Attorney in 2017. Tshepang’ s legal skills and knowledge is in Property Law, Trust Law and Estate Planning. She continued to grow in her career through the years where she got admitted as a Conveyancer as a Notary Public shortly after her admission as an Attorney.

Tshepang brings her experience with freehold bonds, sectional title bonds, development bonds and private bonds for all the major commercial banks and is excited to have joined Heyn’s brilliant, dynamic and energetic team. Tshepang has experience in divorce transfers, deceased estate transfers, sectional title and conventional transfers, developments as well as private and commercial bonds. She believes in giving back to the community by assisting indigent people with property transfers, wills and administering estates as well as giving free legal advice and property law education.
