Priyesh is a qualified and practicing attorney and has over 20-years’ experience in advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions.

Priyesh was a director in Bowmans' Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions practice (one of South Africa's "Magic Circle" law firms) where he advised both multi-national and local clients on a range of corporate law and commercial issues, including on domestic and cross border private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and black economic empowerment transactions, and provided general corporate and commercial support.
