History:

Mbuso is an employment law and litigation attorney, he graduated from the University of Zululand with his Bachelor of Law degree.

Mbuso provides advice to the private sector and individual clients on employment law and litigation. He has extensive experience in civil litigation, the management of strikes, retrenchments, workplace discipline, performance management, appearances at the CCMA, the bargaining councils, magistrate’s court, high court and labour court litigation.
