History:

Sisanda commenced his Articles with Pather & Pather Attorneys in 2017, being introduced to all areas of Commercial Law, Litigation, Banking, Public Law, Company Law, Contract Law and Property Law.

His keen interest in the law exposed him to various litigations in a very short time including Administrative Law and Construction Law as well as gaining an invaluable amount of experience whilst involved in litigation and tribunal hearings for and against several private and public entities.

Sisanda completed his articles and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2019. He currently heads up his own litigation department, which he has aspirational plans for.

He has acted for and against various Local Municipalities and Government Departments in Arbitrations and High Court Review matters with exposure to several important pieces of legislation, including the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) and the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) relating to Construction and Timber;

He also has vast experience in labour dispute, having acted for, in a matter of national importance.
