Johanett is well loved by clients and staff alike for her caring, conscientious and professional manner. Johanett went to a local school situated at Gqeberha and matriculated in 2008. She commenced studying towards her LLB Degree at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2009, and throughout her studies, worked as a waitress to cover her tuition fees. She proudly graduated in 2014 with her LLB Degree. Whilst completing her final year of studies, Johanett attended the School for Legal Practice, and received an achiever certificate for the best performance overall in the subject, Attorneys Bookkeeping.
Johanett completed her articles in 2015 at a local firm specialising in debt collection for private companies as well as local government. She went on to gain experience in civil litigation and family law, whilst developing her abilities in conveyancing and estates.
Johanett was admitted as a Conveyancer in September 2019 and obtained her right of appearance in the High Court Right during 2019.
Johanett continued to practice at a local firm situated at Gqeberha as a Conveyancer and Attorney where she headed the Conveyancing, Civil Litigation, Debt Collection, and Estate Departments for a period of 5 years. She took leadership by controlling and overseeing the work of the Attorneys, and Candidate Attorneys in the Practice. She assisted with office management, including, but not limited to recruitment of staff.
Johanett’s determination and passion for helping others lead to her opening her own practice, in 2024 and has been successfully building a formidable reputation whilst practicing as an attorney for 8 years and as a conveyancer for 5 years.
