Mzukisi has experience in High Court litigation, commercial drafting, mergers & acquisitions transactions, banking & finance, due diligence, opinion drafting, policy and legislative drafting, mining law corporate structuring and shareholder disputes. Furthermore, Mzukisi serves as a non-executive director of the BAE Health Foundation NPC, a non-profit organization that focuses on access to adequate health care for the indigent.
Since obtaining his LLB, Mzukisi has held numerous positions that have contributed to his wealth of experience.
