• The restructure and unbundling by a listed company of its hotel division and listing of the hotel division on the JSE
• Non-renounceable rights offer for a private company with interests in the gaming industry
• An offer by a listed hospitality company to acquire the entire issued share capital of a listed company involved in the gaming industry
• The restructure of a listed mining company and the disposal by it of its non-core assets, comprising of its coal mining and prospecting rights
• The disposal by a listed company of its wholly owned subsidiary which manufactures and supplies electrolytic manganese dioxide
