History:

Shereen specialises in personal injury. I am a dynamic forward thinking woman with both a business and academic background whose skill set encompasses executive roles, management and delegation, accountability, transparency and social responsibility.

She is the founder and sole proprietor of Shereen Meersingh & Associates, a wholly black and female owned law firm established in 1990. The firm now comprises of more than 70 lawyers and staff, offering legal services nationally, with branches in Kwa-Zulu Natal and Gauteng

Her goal is to be able to change the face of the legal fraternity in South Africa by creating and leaving behind a legacy of black and female lawyers with cutting edge capabilities to create opportunities for employment, skills transfer and sustainable development.

Shereen is only one of two attorneys nationally mandated by the Executive Committee of the Road Accident Fund to compile a training manual for the panel attorneys of the RAF and its employees on a national level in, Litigation Strategy and advocacy Skills.

She together with RAF representatives engaged with the Deputy Judge Presidents of the various High court divisions to discuss issues between the judiciary and the Road Accident Fund.
