As a conscientious attorney who completed her studies part-time in 2009, Tanya has acquired valuable experience in diverse areas of law. she undertook  articles with a law firm in Bedfordview and was admitted as an attorney in 2014, in addition  enabling her to appear in the High Court. In 2016, she established her own legal practice, specializing in family law, debt collections, deceased estates, medical negligence, wrongful death actions, defamation, wrongful arrest and detention, curator applications, harassment, property law disputes, and more.

Having pursued her studies part-time, she was able to gain practical experience while advancing her education. Her fast experience has allowed her focus on family and divorce law has allowed her to assist numerous individuals in domestic violence disputes, maintenance, contact and access of minor children, elder abuse, and protection of the older community. She has also provided assistance in winding up deceased estates and drafting wills.

Tanya frequently takes on pro bono cases to aid the community whenever possible. Her commitment to helping clients extends to offering flexibility in her work schedule, including working on Saturdays and after hours to accommodate clients who hold full-time jobs.

What sets her apart is that, as a small boutique firm, she prioritizes keeping every client regularly informed about their cases. she believes that the client's needs should always come first and that the outcomes they expect on their matters should be realistic. She strives to provide personalized attention and support to each individual and assist whilst being realistic.  Although a seasoned litigator, she believes in mediation wherever possible.
