History:

Simone joined England Slabbert Attorneys in 2021 and heads up the family law department. Simone is known for her bubbly and positive demeanour, a standout in some of the darkest of matters.

Despite her interest in Tax Law, Simone completed her articles of clerkship at a boutique family law firm in Johannesburg and was admitted as an attorney in 2018. She has practiced as a family law attorney ever since and specialises in family and matrimonial matters, with particular emphasis on divorce law, maintenance disputes and parenting arrangements.

She was admitted as a notary of the High Court in 2023, and also offers notarial services to compliment her growing family law practice.
