Sonja Lotz

Sonja Lotz is a practising Attorney and Conveyancer with property selling experience as a Professional Property Practioner. She has been operating in the property industry in the Western Cape over the past 22 years.

Experienced in dealing with clients immigrating to the Western Cape, we work with immigration agents and clearing houses for funds, communicate important information via secure web portals, and are POPIA and Fica compliant. Sonja has more than 22 years combined experience as both property lawyer and real estate agent and did her internship as Property Practioner in 2016. She marketed and sold hotels, farms, guest houses, development land and properties in security estates in the Cape Metropole and surrounding Winelands areas like Stellenbosch and Paarl, the Overberg region and along the Garden Route of South Africa.

Sonja has law degrees from the University of Pretoria, completed her Property Practioner internship with Chas Everitt International and CCH (Cape Coastal Homes - Luxury Portfolio), has a qualifaction as commercial broker from the University of Cape Town and is a Solicitor of England and Wales (non-practising).
