History:

Ruan completed his LLB at the University of South Africa in 2016. He finalised his articles in 2019 and started working at JH Olivier Inc as an Associate thereafter.

Ruan was appointed as a Director in 2021 with right of appearance in the High Court. He practices in a variety of fields but focuses on High Court and Magistrates Court litigation, Labor Law as well as Family Law Litigation.

Ruan is also the Managing Director of the Gauteng office situated in Benoni.
