Mr. E.B. van Rooyen is the founder of Van Prokureurs Inc., established in December 2013. He is a local born and bred in George. Obtained his BA and LLB degrees in 1997 and 2001 from Stellenbosch University. He was admitted as an attorney in 2005 and a conveyancer in 2007. In 2013 he obtained right of appearance in the High Court. Mr van Rooyen has since 2003 accumulated extensive experience in his fields of expertise specializing in Conveyancing (any property related matter) and Deceased Estates. He also has extensive experience in notarial work.
