Mrs Tandokazi Jolobe started her employment journey by doing her articles at Legal Aid South Africa (Legal Aid SA). She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court on the 24th April 2014.

She was employed by Legal Aid SA in March 2015 as a Legal Practitioner assigned to the District Court working as a criminal law practitioner. She serviced various Magistrates Courts in the former Transkie area including come Regional Courts. She left the employ of Legal Aid SA in April 2021.

Tandokazi Joined MM Jordaan Attorneys in June 2021 as a Legal Practitioner where she works in the Administration of Deceased Estates Department and assists in the Conveyancing Department. She is also an insolvency practioner.
