Kyle Ernstzen

Kyle brings a decade of business management experience to our law firm in Cape Town. He began his entrepreneurial career in microfinance and later moved into transportation and security, and now he is settling down with a lifelong career in law.

He prides himself on the business management and strategies of the firm. Kyle is well versed in the cryptocurrency industry and the regulatory aspects of financial markets. Most recently, he has had the opportunity to work alongside counsel on the MTI Ponzi scheme, the largest in Africa to date. Since entering the space in early 2016, he has lever aged blockchain technology and cryptocurrency to drive innovation and efficiency in his personal life and the lives of others.
