Pamela is a partner and the head of the corporate and commercial department, as of 2020. With a keen interest in tax matters, Pamela is involved in providing a broad range of commercial services including registrations, restructuring, changes in capital structure, mergers and acquisitions; due diligence investigations and reporting; foreign exchange; mining law; business law and business licensing; advising international and local clients on cross-border matters; and drafting and vetting contracts. Pamela obtained her LL.B degree at the University of the Free State in 2014 and during her first year of articles of clerkship, in 2015, she obtained her Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning Law.
