History:

After completing my LLB degree in 2017 at the University of Limpopo, I attended A Practical Legal Studies course at Polokwane School For Legal Practice in January 2018- July 2018, offered under the auspices of the Law Society of South Africa, which course is aimed at providing practical legal experience to prospective candidate attorneys. Upon completion of the course, I enlisted articles of clerkship with the firm: Ishmael Phala Attorneys, Polokwane, from 2018 October to 2019 October.

I was then admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 13th March 2020, and worked under L.Molepo Inc Attorneys, Polokwane as an attorney/professional assistant from March 2020 to January 2021. On the 19th February 2021, I opened the private legal practice/firm of Attorneys: Thapelo Sethwana Attorneys Inc as an Incorporated law firm .
