History:

Michelle van Heerden received her LLB degree and LLM degree in Corporate law from the University of Johannesburg, where she won the D & H Trust Prize for Corporate Insolvency law.

She then went on to become a Notary Public of the High Court of South Africa. Michelle has a passion for Company law and believes that every aspect of the company is important in order for it to achieve success.
