History:

Mr. Sekgatja is the standing Managing Director and co-founder of Radasi Sekgatja & Associates Attorneys Inc and sees to the efficient day to day functioning of the firm. He holds an LLB degree from the University of Venda and also obtained a Higher Diploma Certificate of Tax Law from the University of Johannesburg. Mr. M W Sekgatja attended the school for Practical Legal Training in Pretoria.

In 2009 he was employed by Legal Aid South Africa as a Candidate Attorney from July 2009 wherein he gained a wealth of experience. Soon thereafter, he was employed as an Attorney from April 2011 until March 2014. Mr. Sekgatja then joined Morwaagae Attorneys for a brief spell before establishing his Law practice in 2014 which was known as Sekgatja Attorneys. Through his guidance and leadership the firm operated well until it merged to become what is now known today as, Radasi Sekgatja Incorporated Attorneys.
