Joseph heads up the boutique firm Maluks Attorneys and Corporate Law advisors. He represents a wide spectrum of corporate clients in various economic sectors. Joseph is well respected not only for his ability and business skills but also for the strategic input and wide range of business experience he brings into the matters he handles. He is passionate about small businesses, starting them up and assist them grow to become large conglomerates by bringing them closer to seed and angel investors to help with early stage funding and business requirements.
Joseph has a passion for tax and has represented a number of taxpayers assisting them with a plethora of tax issues before he started acting for the Commissioner of South African Revenue Services (SARS) dealing with small and large listed companies in the High Court including the Supreme Court of Appeal.
Joseph is the former chairperson of the tax board (North Gauteng) and member of the tax committee of the Legal Practice Council (formerly Law Society of the Northern Provinces). He has lectured to attorneys and gave seminars on corporate law on behalf of the Legal Practice Council, among others.
