Wayne obtained an LLB degree from the University of South Africa during 2011 and completed his articles in Hermanus at De Klerk Mclennan Smith Inc and K Towsey & Associates. He was admitted as an attorney in the Western Cape High Court in 2013 and joined Nordien Law shortly thereafter.

Wayne has developed expertise in various fields of law and he concentrates on general litigation with special interest in commercial and civil litigation.

As a litigation attorney, Wayne currently operates primarily in the following areas of law, namely family law, evictions, lease disputes, labour law and consumer law.
