History:

Josette is involved in general and commercial litigation and has experience in various family law matters including right of access to minor children, maintenance, divorces among other family related disputes and domestic violence matter. Tender disputes, liquidations, restraint of trade agreements, bills of costs (drafting, presenting and opposing in the high and magistrate courts), drafting general agreements, estates, motor vehicle and road accident claims, commercial litigation and bank work. Attending Rule 37 conferences with counsel and/or in person.
