With over 21 years experience in property law, conveyancing, notarial practice and advising clients on property structures and specialised aspects of residential and commercial property transactions he has developed a great client base all over South Africa.

The brainchild of our training programmes and facilities. Cor is patient, kind, humble, fun and blessed with an exceptional intellectual ability.

I have acted for leading developers, financial institutions and clients in the property industry. Property developers and investors approach Cor for advise on all aspects of township developments, proclamation of townships, township applications, sectional title schemes, re-zoning, sub-divisions and consolidation of properties and the registration of real rights in land. His experience further includes conducting due diligence investigations, assisting clients with financing applications and all aspects relating to commercial and residential property.
