History:

Nicqui Galaktiou is the founder and director of the firm who started her legal career in 1997. She completed her articles at a medium-sized law firm and during her 18 years became a director and the Chief Operating Officer whilst also heading the Commercial, Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Nicqui has also been committed to various mentorship programmes over the various years of her career, including both in the legal fraternity with the mentorship and training of candidate attorneys as well as mentorship programmes in the commercial sphere.

Nicqui has been involved in matter internationally and in South Africa for international clients. Nicqui’s experience involves legal services which include:

Nicqui was also requested to be one of the esteemed judges at the 2016 Elle Boss Awards. Nicqui has also presented to the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on changes to the Gender Based Violence Laws, featured in both local and international publications, was interviewed by numerous broadcasters including an interview on wills and estates for an international broadcaster and presented on media and social media law on various platforms from boards of corporate entities in respect of reputational harm and cybercrimes to adolescents in respect of cyber bullying and cyber-stalking.
