Eric obtained his law degree in 2010 and started his career as a Law Researcher of at the Constitutional Court of South Africa, before serving his articles. Eric served his articles of Clerkship at one of the prominent commercial law firm in Johannesburg, thereafter he was retained as an associate attorney in the commercial litigation department. During his time as an associate attorney in the commercial litigation department, Eric assisted both the listed and non-listed companies and multinational corporations, ranging from mining companies, black empowerment ventures, banks to construction companies.
Eric’s areas of practice are commercial litigation, labour law, construction law, liquidations, matrimonial matters as well as general civil litigation and corporate and commercial practice.
He is currently completing his Master of Laws degree specialising in company laws, banking laws and insolvency.
