Qualifications:
Anthony's speciality relates to corporate law and surrogacy applications. Anthony has a master's degree in Corporate law. Anthony has been attending to surrogacy cases since 2009 and has attended to more than 80 applications. Anthony himself attends to the High Court applications and his case in Pretoria (as decided in 2011) is the precedent set of how the surrogacy cases are to be processed.
History:

Anthony completed his B.Iuris and L.LB degrees obtained from UNISA in 1992 while obtaining valuable litigation experience as prosecutor where after he was appointed and served as Magistrate from 1994 to 1996.

Subsequently he obtained his LLM (corporate law) UJ in May 2010. Anthony completed his articles after leaving the justice Department and became the founder of Anthony Wilton Attorneys in April 1998. He takes pride in upholding the company pennant and leads by example. Anthony is driven to service excellence and quality.

He specialises in commercial, company and surrogacy applications, as well as general litigation.
