History:

After serving his articles with Friedland Hart and Partners, spending two years compulsory military training as legal officer with the South African Medical Services and serving as professional assistant at Shapiro and Partners, he founded his own practice under the name and style of EY Stuart Attorneys, Inc. on 1 April 1988.

Elmo is currently our Managing Director and the majority shareholder in the company. Elmo specialises in sectional title law, high court litigation, commercial law, trust law, administration of estates and family law.
