History:

Matriculated in 1994 at the Framesby High School in Port Elizabeth. Studied at the University of Port Elizabeth and achieved the degree LLB in the year 2000.

Practised as Candidate Attorney in King Williams Town at the Firm Squire Smith & Laurie during 2001. Admitted as practising Attorney in October 2002.

Van Niekerk joined the Firm Rauch/Gertenbach Inc as a Professional Assistant during May 2003. He is involved in the Litigation Department and concentrates on general civil litigation, both High Court and Magistrates Court, divorces, sequestrations, as well as debt collecting. He also accepts criminal cases.

Van Niekerk possesses the specialized skills and the experience necessary to defend and advance his clients' interests in the highly competitive arena of the Court.

He is committed to provide innovative solutions and is passionate about meeting the needs of his clients. When our clients are faced with a divorce and a spouse is reluctant to divide assets fairly, or intent on hiding assets, clients know that their interests will be well protected.
