Mateboho Phafane (neé Tohlang) is focusing her legal practice mainly on Labour (Employment) Law.
A dedicated attorney, committed to assisting clients maintain effective labour relations and comply with applicable laws. She is also a litigator who has handled labour cases with marked success for many employers in Lesotho. While her current focus is mainly Labour Law, she possesses wide ranging experience in court litigation, business, contract, commercial and property law; commercial transactions as well as Wills and Trusts.
Mateboho obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the National University of Lesotho (NUL) in 2005; and joined the firm straight out of University in the same year. After her articles in February 2008 she was appointed a Professional Assistant. She is now an examiner for Attorneys' admissions exanimations in Lesotho.
She subscribes to regional networks for practitioners and scholars committed to the development and promotion of Labour Law, such as the South African Labour Society (SASLAW) and the African Labour Law Society (ALLS), to which she is an active member.
