History:

Theo was admitted as an attorney and notary in 2008. Shortly after finishing his articles he spent some time in a consulting environment. After the consulting stint he joined VZLR and became a director in 2012.

Theo was appointed as the Managing Director of VZLR with effect from 1 March 2022 and is a member of various VZLR committees.

Theo focuses on high court litigation in the corporate and commercial sphere, the drafting of commercial contracts, investment and structured finance, certain tax related matters principally acting on behalf of SARS and some mining law. He also attends to insolvency inquiries and related matters and has an interest in cyber law.
