Kim is an admitted attorney with over 25 years experience, particularly in trade mark and commercial law, having completed her Masters of Law in this field. She is the head of the Trade Mark Department and her practice is varied as Kim also has a keen interest in family and matrimonial law. She has written several articles for publication and as a trade marks attorney attends the annual International Trade Mark Association (INTA) meetings held in different parts of the world each year.
