History:

Anton’s experience includes all aspects of tax law, including assisting clients with disputes against SARS, tax litigation, corporate and business transactions and reorganisations, international transactions, tax administrative law (including voluntary disclosure applications, suspension of payment requests, compromise and deferral applications), employee benefit structures and employees’ tax, all VAT related matters including inbound and outbound transactions, tax planning, estate planning and exchange control matters.

Service on Boards and Associations : Member of the Tax Administration Workshop Group of SAIT. External examiner for the University of Kwazulu-Natal’s Tax Masters Programme. Chairperson of the Tax Board. Former member of the Board of Governors at Gelofte School and a former member of the Finance Committee of Highbury Preparatory School.
