Daan was admitted as an attorney in 1983 and was granted right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa in March 1997.

Daan founded Daan Schoeman Attorneys, in 1997.

Daan has extensive experience in Banking Law due to his 10 years as legal consultant with one of the major banks in South Africa, and has recently acquired a Certificate in Advanced Labour Law.

Daan is mainly responsible for the litigation, family and labour law matters in the Firm.
