Eamonn has been working in the commercial legal field for 20 years. He is a Commercial Attorney with experience and expertise in negotiating and structuring a wide variety of financial and commercial transactions, drafting complex and comprehensive financial and commercial agreements, providing advice on corporate governance issues and the application of the myriad laws and procedures in the fields of contract, business entities, debtors and creditors, trusts, international transactions, security, finance, employment, property, information technology, intellectual property and dispute resolution.
